We are excited to launch our new programme of flexible training to equip volunteers and employed workers with the confidence, character, and competence to develop mission and ministry with children, young people and families, at home, in churches, communities and schools.

changing culture - changing practice - changing lives

This exciting new training adds to Cuddesdon's reputation and expertise as a centre of formational excellence for mission and ministry, drawing students from a broad range of church traditions.

We will equip you to be missionally active, culturally fluent, inter-personally skilled and theologically deep-rooted; and someone whose ministry will be relational, sustainable, collaborative, and life-giving.

Your training will be uniquely integrated into the life of the College so that you will benefit from training alongside other students – ordinands, lay ministers, pioneers and others as you learn and reflect together on Christian life and ministry.

At such a time of cultural change, we believe we need to re-imagine our engagement with younger generations, will you join us and see young lives changed?
